Sponsorship Levels

We are offering four levels of partnership for sponsors and exhibitors to meet the needs of both large and small organizations. We invite you to support this important initiative and have your organization participate in the conference. Funding contributions will be put towards conference costs and refreshment breaks. Exhibitors will have to still register for the conference. Below are details on the partnership levels available and level of recognition associated with each. We are also very willing to create “customized” packages so please don’t feel constrained by the examples below. For those groups that wish to have a display table, those tables will be set up in the middle of the conference venue area where coffee breaks, food serving at lunches and evenings, and the student poster evening, will take place.

1.“Bronze Partner” ($250 - $1,499 contribution)

• Listed on "overall" partnership acknowledgement signage at conference and reception
• Listed on partner acknowledgement sheet in registration package and on conference website

2. “Silver Partner” ($1,500-$2,999 contribution)

• Listed on "overall" partnership acknowledgement signage at conference and reception
• Listed on partner acknowledgement sheet in registration package and on website
• Recognized as sponsor in social media posts (Twitter) during conference
• Opportunity to have a display table for an exhibitor group

3. “Gold Partner” ($3,000-$4,999 contribution)

• Listed on "overall" partnership acknowledgement sign at conference and reception
• Listed on partner acknowledgement sheet in registration package and on website
• Recognized as sponsor in social media posts (Twitter) during conference
• Opportunity to have a display booth for an exhibitor group
• On a first-come basis, opportunity to sponsor specific coffee breaks which includes display of your organization’s signage at break tables

4. “Platinum” Partner (> $5,000 contribution)

• Listed on "overall" partnership acknowledgement sign at conference and reception
• Listed on partner acknowledgement sheet in registration package and on website
• Recognized as sponsor in social media posts (Twitter) during conference
• Opportunity to have a display table for an exhibitor group
• On a first-come basis, opportunity to sponsor either the opening evening mixer, or poster evening ‘wine & cheese’ which includes display of company signage at the specific events, and announcement of your sponsorship at the plenary session
